Content and marketing for charter owners

Empty weeks are the most expensive thing on your boat.

We film your charters, run your channels and build the direct booking route your guests never had. You keep sailing. The calendar fills up.

Every enquiry is answered by a person who has sailed the season you are trying to sell.

The season is short. Your competition isn't.

Owners rarely lose bookings because the boat is wrong. They lose them because nothing about the boat is visible in the six weeks when a guest is deciding where to spend their holiday.

  • Your listing reads like everyone else's The same five stock photos, the same unforgettable day at sea, the same slow slide into competing on price.
  • The platform owns your guest, not you You pay commission on a client who found you once, and next season the same client is sold a different boat.
  • Your best marketing asset is deleted every Sunday The real days on board — the swim stop, the sunset tack, the faces — are filmed on someone's phone and never used again.
Rows of sailing boats moored in a Mediterranean marina
A booked boat and an empty one cost the same to keep in the water.

Everything that turns a day aboard into next month's bookings.

Pick the whole system or the one piece you are missing. We only build what earns its place on your calendar.

Content

Shot on your boat, on a real charter

We come aboard for the day and film the thing guests are actually buying. Photo and video cut for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and the top of your listing — not a drone reel bought from a stock library.

Social

Channels that sell berths, not followers

A weekly plan, captions written in English, Spanish and French, and messages answered while you are out on the water with no signal.

Direct bookings

A booking route that is yours

A landing page, an enquiry flow and a follow-up sequence, so a guest who found you can book you without anyone taking a cut in the middle.

Listings

Ranked higher where guests already look

Titles, descriptions, photo order, pricing and response times on Click&Boat, SamBoat, GetMyBoat and Airbnb Experiences. The cheapest booking you will ever win is the one you were already close to winning.

Paid ads

Small budgets, aimed at real gaps

Tested campaigns on Meta and Google pointed at the ports, the languages and the exact dates you need filled. Stopped the moment a week sells out.

Repeat guests

The list that works all winter

Post-charter emails, review requests and an off-season list that remembers who sailed with you, where they went and when they usually travel.

Four steps from first email to a fuller calendar.

No long onboarding, no discovery phase that bills for a month. We start with your own numbers.

1

A look at last season

Thirty minutes on a call. We go through your listing, your calendar and the weeks that went unsold.

2

A plan on one page

Which weeks to attack, which channels, which languages, what it costs and what it should return.

3

A day on board

We sail with you and shoot enough material to feed your channels for an entire season.

4

We run it, you sail

Content goes out, enquiries come in, and you get one clear monthly report: bookings, sources, cost per booking.

A sailing yacht anchored in calm water at sunset

We have done the miles, not just the marketing.

Kilombo LLC is run by a certified skipper: eight seasons in the Mediterranean, two Atlantic crossings, and a boat of our own on the water.

That is why we shoot a swim stop instead of a chart table, why we write for a family in Munich differently than for four friends from Barcelona, and why we know exactly what a free week in August feels like when the mooring is already paid.

Most agencies have to learn the charter business. We started in it.

We are not right for every boat.

Being honest about this early saves us both a season.

A good fit

  • Owner-operators with one to five boats
  • Day charters, weekly charters and cabin charters
  • Balearics, mainland Spain, Canaries, Greece, Croatia and the Caribbean season
  • Owners who can give us one full day on board to shoot
  • Anyone who wants fewer platform commissions and more repeat guests

Not a fit

  • Chasing follower counts rather than booked days
  • Enquiries left unanswered for three or four days
  • A boat that is not ready for guests or not legally chartering
  • Expecting a full August from two weeks of posting

Straight answers before you write.

What does it cost?
We quote per boat after the first call, once we know how many weeks you need to fill and which channels make sense. Monthly retainer, no percentage of your bookings, and thirty days' notice to stop.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. You pay a flat monthly fee and every booking stays yours, including the guest's contact details.
I already list on Click&Boat. Isn't that enough?
It is enough to be found and not enough to be chosen. Platforms rank you against dozens of similar boats at similar prices. Your own content and your own booking route are what make a guest ask for your boat by name.
Do I have to appear in the videos?
No. But the boats whose owner or skipper appears consistently outperform the ones that only show the deck. We will make it painless.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Spanish and French, written by people who speak them rather than translated afterwards.
How soon would we see anything?
Content and listing work start within the first two weeks of the shoot. Paid campaigns can go live in days. Direct bookings and repeat guests build across a season, not a weekend.

Tell us about your boat.

One email is all it takes. We read every one and reply with either a plan or an honest no.

  • The name of the boat and her home port
  • What you charter: days, weeks or cabins
  • The weeks that stayed empty last season
  • Where you list today, if anywhere

Email is the only way we take enquiries. No forms, no call centre, no newsletter you did not ask for.
